Literary Arts Department

Literary Arts is a new major for Barbara Ingram School for the Arts (BISFA) students. The courses included in the BISFA Literary Arts program provide young writers with the opportunity to develop their literary talents, facilitate their command of the writer's craft, and learn to read like writers. The program will nurture and challenge students in developing their skills in composing poetry, fiction, stage drama, screenplays, and essays for the 21st century markets.
